FMH SUSAN G. KOMEN TEAM PLACES 5TH AMONG TOP TEAMS FOR RACE FOR THE CURE - 2009-10-08

Fairfield Memorial Hospital’s Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure Team placed fifth among 307 teams who participated in the event which was held September 19.  The hospital team raised $3,051, and Vicky Lemons, team captain, was among the top participants raising $1,115.  The hospital team raised money by holding a salad luncheon, selling Green Grocery Bags, and holding raffles giving away Holiday World Tickets, Cardinal/Cubs St. Louis Game Tickets, Pink Ribbon Dinger Bat, and a Horizon of Hope Longaberger basket.
