FMH HONORS STAFF FOR YEARS OF SERVICE - 2010-06-14

Fairfield Memorial Hospital recently hosted a special luncheon at Buffalo Country to honor staff for their many years of service. Service Awards were given to those who have served as Fairfield Memorial Hospital Association employees for five, ten, fifteen, twenty-five, thirty, and fifty years. Serving FMH for five years are Misty Bullard, Med/Surg; Jessica Lowe, SCU; Trina Troyer, SCU; Jessica Riley, Laboratory; Jan Wheat, Laboratory; Courtney Barnes, Diagnostic Imaging; Robert Willard, Maintenance; Michelle Ward, Marketing; Ruby Clevenger, Dietary; Kay Rowark, Dietary; Teresa Trotter, Dietary; Crystal Attebury, Way-Fair; Heather Burklow, Way-Fair; Susan Elliott, Way-Fair; Donna Horn, Way-Fair; and Melissa Nelson, Way-Fair. Employees serving FMH for ten years are Marla Nelson, Med/Surg; Becky Rider, Med/Surg; Monica Goodwin, ICU; Crystal Winter, ICU; Hazel Vest, Surgery; Ashlee Johnson, ER; Shawna Fry, Cardiopulmonary; Robyn Adcock, X-Ray; Bill York, Maintenance; Verdetta Pribble, Housekeeping; Dana Taylor, Administration; and Margaret Rusler, Way-Fair. Those serving FMH for fifteen years are Cindy Meagher, Administration; Rhonda Grinols, Diagnostic Imaging; and Kimberly Hosick, Home Health. Serving FMH for twenty-five years is Carol Oppenheimer. Patricia Carter, Cardiac Rehab/ICU; Judy Ray, Pharmacy; and Joyce Henson, Accounts Payable; have served for thirty years. Zelma Hale, Health Information has served FMH for fifty years.

Kathy Bunting, CEO, said, “Amongst these 36 employees they have a cumulative total of 410 years of service in our facility. This is absolutely incredible, and we hope to have them all here to be awarded again in five more years. We are so thankful to have such a hard working, dedicated, and skilled staff here at Fairfield Memorial Hospital.”
