FMH FOUNDATION ANNUAL MEETING HELD - 2010-07-28

The Fairfield Memorial Hospital Foundation held its annual meeting on Monday, July 26, 2010, at 6:30 p.m. in the Fairfield Memorial Hospital Conference Room. Four board members were elected for three year terms: Pat Kenshalo, Sharmila Kakac, Lisa Konopasek and Mike Copeland.

The organizational meeting followed the annual meeting. Officers elected were:

President – Pat Kenshalo

Vice President – Linda Monge

Secretary – Sharmila Kakac

Treasurer – Keith Baumann

Kathy Bunting, Fairfield Memorial Hospital CEO, provided a Fairfield Memorial Hospital Annual Report along with an update on the construction of Horizon Healthcare Medical Arts Complex.

FMH Foundation Executive Director, Charlotte St.Ledger, reported on the 5th Annual Sporting Clays Fun Shoot, held June 13 and the approaching 6th Annual Golf Scramble, August 6. The current FMH Foundation Board will continue to focus on building a corpus for the purpose of strengthening a solid financial base to help support Fairfield Memorial Hospital’s future.
