General Health Profile (Includes CBC, Lipid Screen, and a 12 test chemistry profile)........ $30

If you are interested, go directly to the laboratory office at Fairfield Memorial Hospital, Horizon Healthcare or the Edwards County Health Department in Albion. You should not have food or drink after midnight. Payment is due at the time of service.  Results of the test will be mailed directly to your home.
