Fairfield Memorial Hospital’s Skilled Care Unit has received national recognition for meeting
the Quality Initiative Recognition Program criteria of the American Health Care
Association/National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL) based out of Washington, D.C.
This accomplishment recognizes our staff’s proven commitment to quality, demonstrated by
their attainment of the Quality Initiative goals. These goals were set forth by the AHCA/NCAL
to help improve the lives of the individuals we serve and receiving this award is further proof of
our staff’s outstanding care and treatment of our residents.

Mariah Minor RN, Skilled Care Unit Manager, went to New Orleans, Louisiana to the 2018
