Nature of Work: Fairfield Memorial Hospital is seeking a full time Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who is seeking a profession with a dynamic Outpatient Behavioral Health practice. The qualified candidate should be looking to promote healthy growth and change among vulnerable populations. This position will join our Horizon Healthcare Clinic, Fairfield, IL working on site Monday-Friday with no call required, as well as weekends and most major holidays off.
Required Qualifications: State of Illinois license as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), State of Illinois license as Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Master’s Degree in Social Work/Psychology and Counseling, and 2-3 year post-graduate clinical experience preferred.
Candidate should exemplify: Sounds clinical diagnostic assessment and treatment skills, Crisis Intervention skills, Self-direction and strong effective communication and collaboration, Commitment to practicing strong ethics and adherence to regulatory rules regarding privacy of Healthcare information and confidentiality, and high level of interpersonal skills to affect positive outcomes.
