Dr. Louis Remynse, M.D., Board Certified Urologist, to Join the Staff of Fairfield Memorial Hospital
Fairfield Memorial Hospital is pleased to announce that Louis Remynse, M.D., Board Certified Urologist, will be joining the Medical Staff of Fairfield Memorial Hospital on a full-time basis starting May 31, 2022.
Dr. Remynse received his medical degree from the University of Michigan School of Medicine (Ann Arbor, MI), and completed his internship and residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin (Milwaukee, WI). Dr. Remynse is also a member of the Society of Urologic Oncology and specializes in the treatment of urologic cancer. Services include laser stone removal, ureteral stent placement, ureteroscopy, urodynamics, adult circumcision, benign prostatic hyperplasia, bladder botox, transurethral bladder tumor removal, cystocopy, urolift, vasectomy, prostate biopsy via transrectal transducer, and more.
Dr. Remynse will be seeing patients on the 2nd floor of the new Surgical Pavilion of Fairfield Memorial Hospital that will be opening this year and in the Fairfield Memorial Hospital Carmi Medical Clinic. Appointments are now being accepted and can be made by calling 618-919-4010.
