Due to the inclement weather that is expected in the next 24-48 hours for our area, the Fairfield Memorial Hospital Horizon Healthcare Clinics in Carmi, Cisne, and Grayville will be closed on Monday, February 15, 2021. The Fairfield offices will be open normal business hours.

Additionally, the FMH Respiratory Illness Screening Tent will be closed on Monday, February 15th, but the Urgent Care will be open. Anyone that is having respiratory-like illnesses can report to the screening station in the Medical Arts Complex located at 213 NW 10th Street. Be sure to have a mask on before entering our facility and let the screener know that you are here for respiratory-like illnesses. From there an employee will come to the screening station to escort you directly to an exam room for your well-being and the well-being of staff and other patients. We want everyone to be safe and with these temperatures and weather conditions, thus we feel it would be best if you did not wait in your vehicle for services.

The FMH Albion Lab Draw station will also be closed on Monday, February 15th.

Our Emergency Department continues to remain open 24 hours a day/7 days a week for all of your emergency healthcare needs.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We hope everyone stays safe during this winter weather event. Be sure to follow/like our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/FairfieldMemorial to keep informed of any changes that may occur to services and schedules.
