Nature of Work: Directly responsible for leading the administration, coordination and evaluation of the Human Resources function at Fairfield Memorial Hospital; maintains knowledge of regulatory changes and best practices in human resources, talent management, and employment law; establishes and leads a standardized hiring process necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce; ability to apply and adapt practices and techniques to the special requirements of senior management; ability to establish and maintain good relationships with other management staff, employees, and the general public; ability to analyze data and present recommendations effectively in oral and written form.

Education/Experience: Eight (8) years managerial and supervisory experience in Human Resource management; or a bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of employees. Proficiency with the use of desktop software applications including Microsoft Office. Customer Service focused, with strong organization skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team oriented environment, that is expanding.
