FMH Clinical Practice Coordinator, Jessica Sterling, Completes Prestigious ICAHN Rural Health Fellowship

Fairfield Memorial Hospital is proud to announce that Jessica Sterling, BSN, RN, CMSRN, has successfully completed the Illinois Critical Access Hospital Network (ICAHN) Rural Health Fellowship, a highly competitive and prestigious six-month leadership development program designed for emerging leaders in rural healthcare.

Jessica was selected through a rigorous application process to join a cohort of professionals from across Illinois committed to enhancing healthcare delivery in rural communities. The ICAHN Rural Health Fellowship provides participants with hands-on experience, one-on-one mentorship, and specialized training to address the unique challenges facing rural healthcare systems. Designed not merely as another leadership program, the Fellowship focuses on empowering individuals to grow in areas that are critical to the future of rural health.
