FMH Earns Gold Level Recognition in Cancer Registry Reporting
Fairfield Memorial Hospital is proud to announce that we have received a Gold Level Certificate in Completeness and Quality from the Illinois Department of Public Health / Illinois State Cancer Registry.
This recognition is awarded to facilities that achieve 95% or higher completeness in case reporting with 3% or fewer cases listed as unknown in race, demonstrating excellence in accuracy, quality, and timely reporting.
This achievement plays an important role in helping measure the true cancer burden in Illinois and ensures statewide cancer prevention and control efforts are directed where they are needed most.
We are also honored to contribute to the Illinois State Cancer Registry’s 26th consecutive year of earning the NAACCR Gold Standard for Registry Certification — a reflection of strong teamwork among hospitals and cancer reporters throughout the state.
