Japheth Rush Named FMH 2025 Employee of the Year
The Employee of the Year award recognizes an individual who consistently demonstrates dedication to patient safety, exceptional customer service, a strong work ethic, and kindness toward patients, visitors, and fellow employees.

Each of these nominees were recognized by their peers for outstanding dedication, teamwork, professionalism, and commitment to providing exceptional care and service across Fairfield Memorial Hospital.
Japheth Rush, who serves in the Security Department, is known throughout Fairfield Memorial Hospital for his professionalism, dependability, and commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. His calm presence, attention to detail, and willingness to assist others make him a valued member of the FMH team. Japheth goes above and beyond his daily responsibilities to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone who enters the facility.
This honor reflects the respect and appreciation Japheth has earned from his coworkers through his dedication, teamwork, and positive attitude. Being selected by peers highlights the impact he has made across departments and the trust others place in him.

In recognition of the prestigious annual FMH award, the awardee is presented with a plaque, a check for $300.00, and, most importantly, a covered parking space next to the hospital's rear employee entrance for the next 12 months.
