FMH PRESENTS APRIL EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH

Fairfield Memorial Hospital honors an employee each month who has been nominated by their peers for providing extraordinary patient care and customer services within and outside of the Hospital.

Linda Hutchcraft, the Med/Surg Unit Secretary, was selected as the April 2024 Employee of the Month. Linda has been with Fairfield Memorial Hospital since April of 2023. Linda displays exceptional customer service skills when interacting with patients, staff and visitors. Her calming presence has created a welcoming environment on the Med/Surg Unit.

“Linda Hutchcraft, Med-Surg Unit Secretary, couldn't be more deserving of the employee of the month award. She is very kind, compassionate and radiates positivity throughout our entire unit. She consistently goes above and beyond what is expected of her. She is very prompt and efficient at organizing our outpatients, notifying staff of patient needs, organizing charts and supplies and much more. We are so blessed to have her as part of our team.” commented Stephanie Martin, RN, Med/Surg ICU Nurse Manager.
