AUL /One America has been the administrator of the Fairfield Memorial Hospital employer sponsored pension program since the 90’s. This program offers all employees participation in a 403(b) plan, with choice of pre-tax or post-tax (Roth) contributions. In addition, many investment options are available, including self-balancing target funds based on an individual’s anticipated retirement date and fixed rate investments.
