Fairfield Memorial Hospital provides services at Horizon Healthcare for Mental and Behavioral Health needs. The services provided include Outpatient Behavioral Health Therapy, diagnosis of mental illness with medication management treatment options. Individuals dealing with issues of anxiety, depression, family conflict, medical illness, and difficulties in coping may benefit from the program. A variety of interventions and coping skills are offered based on individual treatment planning which are agreed upon by the patient and the healthcare team.

Fairfield Memorial Hospital provides Mental Health Services through JoAnn Smith, PMHNP. Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners can provide diagnosis of mental illnesses and treatment including medication management or alternative therapies.

The FMH Horizon Outpatient Behavioral Health Therapy Program provides counseling services to individuals, couples, and families, including children, teens, and adults. Those dealing with issues of anxiety depression, family conflict, medical illness, and behavioral difficulties could benefit from the program, as well as those with a more severe mental health diagnosis. The Behavioral Health Team consists of Amy Barton, MSW, LCSW, Behavioral Health Therapist and Lauren Griswold, MSW, LCSW, Behavioral Health Therapist.
