CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT - FULL TIME

Nature of Work:
Under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist provide skilled occupational therapy to patients from pediatric to geriatric. A qualified candidate must possess acute orthopedic inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation experience and be able to treat across multiple facets from home health, skilled/long term care, acute care and out-patient. The candidate must utilize effective and professional communication skills and thorough documentation and be able to work in a fast paced setting. Excellent problem solving skills with a focus on strong critical thinking is a must to provide optimal patient centered care.
Qualifications:
Occupational Therapist Assistant Associates degree from an accredited institution
Current Illinois Occupational Therapist Assistant licensure
Orthopedic and Long Term/Skilled Care Experience Preferred
