Home Health Office Manager - Full Time

Nature of Work: Responsible for performing activities including facilitating communication to ensure optimal workflow transitions, processing client billing, managing home health accounts receivable, tracking and reporting of departmental statistics, performing data processes, typing, and file maintenance.

Skills: Demonstrates knowledge of basic computer operations, communication tools and software. Experience with Excel preferred. Must be willing to learn new systems. Ability to tactfully and effectively communicate with physicians, patients, families, hospital, and home health staff. Maintains positive customer relations.

Education/Experience: High school graduate or equivalent required. Medical terminology, home health coding, and billing are desired.

At least one year office experience required, preferably in home health, hospital, or physician’s office billing.
