Russell is a Physician Assistant who will begin practicing at Horizon Healthcare in October of 2019, and will be seeing patients of all ages. He received his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale in 2019. Russell is originally from southwestern Illinois and completed an internship with Horizon Healthcare earlier this year.
When speaking about serving a rural community, PA Sztukowski stated, “Coming from a small town, I understand the importance of becoming part of a rural healthcare network. I am eager to start working with the other providers at Horizon Healthcare and begin my career in Fairfield as a Physician Assistant to help enrich the community and become a part of this tightly-knit family. Through my internship at FMH this summer, I've had great opportunities to meet people, enjoy town festivities, visit local schools, and begin building relationships which have already made me feel like I was part of this vibrant community. I hope to become an integral part of this region and am dedicating to serving the people of Fairfield and the surrounding areas through my dedication to family values, excellent service, quality healthcare, and God's plan.
